Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

1. What this product does

Lone Star Deal Closer ("the Service") is an automated underwriting assistant that produces a typed verdict and audit trail for single-family residential investment deals in Texas. It is a decision-support tool. It is not a real estate broker, an investment advisor, an appraiser, or a lender, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy, sell, finance, or refrain from any transaction.

2. Your account

You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your workspace. One human per email address.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe-hosted billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Failed payments place the workspace into a 7-day grace window; after that the workspace falls back to the Free tier until a payment succeeds. Refunds are at our discretion and only for full unused months.

4. Quotas and fair use

Each tier includes a monthly run quota. Cached re-runs of identical inputs do not consume quota. Automated scraping, brute-forcing, or any attempt to bypass rate limits is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

5. Accuracy and reliance

Verdicts are produced by a deterministic rules engine consuming typed signals from third-party data sources. Those signals can be wrong, stale, or missing. The Service makes no warranty that a verdict is correct, complete, or suitable for your purposes. You will independently verify any deal-critical figure before transacting.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost deals, even if advised of the possibility.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Run history will remain available for 30 days post-cancellation, then be permanently deleted.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
